Table d’hôtes
The “table d’hôtes” of the Forge is available for lunches and dinners or for a picnic by the waters edge. The meals are served in the dining room or in the garden weather permitting.
For the preparation of regional cuisine and home made specialties, we cook using as many organic products as possible, accompanied by wines from the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
