Cooking Classes

La Forge offers a bright kitchen of ideal proportions. Around 120 m² are available for the preparation and dinning of sumptuous meals. Professionally equipped it even offers the opportunity to give cooking lessons. The region is gourmet and the ingredience to cook with are of the highest quality.

For exceptional dining, the Forge is accompanied on demand by Jean-Marc Boyer, Michelin starred chef from the Le Puits du Trésor restaurant at Lastours.
